My First Blog Award!!!

Wow! I am so amazed! This blog is only two weeks old and I have already been given a blog award! Thank you so much Leilani! She hosted my very first freebie on her wonderful bog at FairyDustPrincess. She's the one who made the lovely kit I made the Cinderella charm from, which, by the way, you can still download here. Just look in the archives in the left column.

So, I'm entirely new at this - I hope I'm doing this right. It's hard to choose just seven!

1.The winner can put the logo on her blog.

2.Link the person you received your award from.

3.Nominate at least 7 other blogs.

4.Put links of those blogs on yours.

5.Leave a message on the blogs of the people you’ve nominated.

6.If the Blogger you nominate has already received this award they don’t need to pass it on.

7. So, because I'm new to this, I don't know if this is ok...I know it's not a "blog", but without her none of the rest of us would get seen, so I'm awarding , the mama of them all!!! THANK YOU MARIA!

I agree most wholeheartedly! I LOVE YOUR BLOG! For hours this evening I have been gathering freebies from your archives... but whilst doing so I have also been reading your blog.

How sweetly and tenderly you share Christ! But still standing right out there in front, no apologies! I love it! I've been a Christian for 41 years, but the Word of God pierces my heart as if I were still a new Christian. Isn't it wonderful that His Word never grows old!

I love how you said the sunflowers with their heads bowed reminded you of the living beings praising God continuously “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God, the Almighty— the one who always was, who is, and who is still to come.”! How wonderful to see God all around you! Your response to the sunflowers reminded me of one of my favorite Psalms:

The heavens declare the glory of God, and the skies announce what his hands have made. Day after day they tell the story; night after night they tell it again. They have no speech or words; they have no voice to be heard. But their message goes out through all the world; their words go everywhere on earth.
    Psalm 19:1-4

and in Romans it talks about the same thing:

They know the truth about God because he has made it obvious to them. For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God.
    Romans 1:19-20

I have been blessed, reminded, and taught through your blog. God bless you as you share your love for Him here!
