Noah's Ark by Lynette's Photo Art

Even those of us who know that the Bible is God's word and every bit of it is true (and not fairytales), tend to think of Noah's Ark as a small child's story, but it is anything BUT! That story was 100% about people kicking God out of their lives, out of their country's beliefs, no longer loving and serving Him. They became so evil that God said that "every intention of their hearts was evil only always"! Wow! Sounds a lot like our world today! He was sorry He had made man at all and decided to wipe them from the face of this earth and start over.

The story shows clearly that when we love and serve the Most High God, He protects and provides for us in His love. It also shows that there is utter destruction waiting for those who do not love Him and obey Him. Today, that destruction may not come immediately, but it is surely coming if they don't repent and turn to Him with their whole hearts and stay faithful until death. He promised not to destroy the earth with a flood again, but next time it will be FIRE and then every one who ever lived will face His final Judgment! Heed the message of Noah's Ark while there is yet time!

  • "The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance." 2 Peter 3:8-10
Today I'm giving you these elements I painted to illustrate the story of Noah's Ark to my class. Even if you don't need them for that purpose, the birds are quite lovely and you should be able to use them. (Remember - personal and Christian church use only without purchasing a commercial use license for them). Enjoy!
